A senior role working within Information Security for the Constellation Automotive Group (CAG) as a Group InfoSec Project Manager, you will play a vital part in delivering our strategy to improve security maturity across the group, through the scoping and delivery of key projects.

The InfoSec Project Manager will be responsible for delivery of multiple complex Projects within the InfoSec Initiative Portfolio. You will first focus on delivery of a security maturity programme for Marshall Motor Group so travel to their HQ (Milton Keynes) and other sites will be required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for delivery within InfoSec Portfolio to drive continuous improvement.

Knowledge and Experience:

Required Skills:

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience, ideally in cyber security, technology, computing, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MSP / Scaled Agile preferred.
  • Appropriate IT and Project Management certifications such as PRINCE 2, PMP, ITIL, Agile/SCRUM.
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in leading data migration projects and understanding of security projects.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certifications desired.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to driving results and achieving success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple programmes simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex program-related issues.
